Delete your account

You can delete your AttendEx account and associated data from the mobile app, or request deletion by email.

Option 1: In the app (recommended)

1. Sign in to the AttendEx app.
2. Open Settings (from the home screen).
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently removes your account and related data handled by our service, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Option 2: Email request

If you cannot use the app, email us from the address associated with your account and include your registered mobile number. We will verify ownership and process deletion.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. If you subscribe to paid features, cancellation and billing may be handled according to our terms and your payment provider.
